Autozone - WRONG PART TWICE
I bought a part for my Mercury, and told them exactly what I needed.The old man handed me the part and I told him that it did not look like what I was asking for.
I even showed him the part, but he said it was the part. When I got home, my husband said that it was not the right part. I went back to exchange it for the correct part and brought the old part with me. Another man handed another part saying it would work.
Again, the part was wrong so I brought it back to get my money back. The money was suppose to credited to my card, but never was.
Even after I called the location twice.I hope they are happy with my $21.19.
