Today at autozone i ask for assistance with my automobile because the engine light was telling something was wrong. So i asked for assistance, and was given the most arrogant attitude for asking, and was also told no.
So why advertise this help, if you can't get it? To make matters worst, the manager was right there, and had nothing to say as if he was afraid. The arrogance was definitely not called for, and so very UNPROFESSIONAL.
Why advertise these things if they're not true. Give those jobs to people who want them, and don't mind helping customers when asked.
