orders auto parts and went to pick up and they said we dont have them and when asked if they could reorder they said hmmm no we cant and was very rude about it and i left went right down the street to another auto parts store and they were very helpful and was able to have my parts the very next morning so if they could do that then why couldnt a big company like AUTOZONE in shelbyville, Ky able to do that after they promised to have the parts in the first place but ever since this Joaquin guy started working at AUTOZONE its no longer the same; service is very poor and the attitude is even worse; so beware to be treated like an ***
