i had ordered a part for my truck online at auto-zone.com. i needed it within a few days, so i put a rush order on it.

i had payed extra money to do it. i had expected it to come in by that Tuesday since i ordered it on a Saturday. Tuesday around 4pm i called there customer service line to figure out where it was. finally when i got connected i was told they didn't have the part, so they had to order it through another company, and that it will take up to 3-5 days and i will be refunded the money on the shipping.

saying OK, i waited. on wednesday i called and was told it was shipped out and should be ariving soon. i waited on thrusday thinking it would be in soon. it didnt come thursday.

so on friday i called to see where it was at. i was told it was still processing and would take till next week. i asked them why i was told wednesday it was sent out. they didnt say anything about that and repeated its processing.

i was really irritated and hung up. i started calling other places to see if i could get the piece there. i found another place but i needed to know the size. so i called auto zone back to see what size it was.

i wasnt sure. the ladie looked it up and told me my order had been cancelled last wednesday because they couldnt get the part. even though i had called wednesday and friday and one told me it was sent out and one it was still processing. and now that same friday im being told it was cancelled last wednesday.

really! i asked the lady why they had cancelled it without telling me. she told me i had to call the place they were getting it from to figure that out! why should i have to call the other place when i wasnt ordering it from the other place i was ordering it from them!

i found this ridiculous! if they didnt have the part they should not have had it showing they did. and they should have told me when they knew it wasn't going to be sent. i should've known somehow.

atleast they couldve called or emailed me. but they dont let me know. i am done shopping at autozone online or even by shop, and will be telling my friends that shop theere regularly that they do not do what they say there going to do. and they will screw up anything no matter how much of a customer you are with them.

this is the most stupedist thing ive ever had to deal with. i hope your stores go down like they should.
