I just had one of my worst experience with your store in hanley and Hillsborough in Tampa FL. We called (813)886-9220 for a part which was supposed to be ordered and the person who answered said the parts were available.
When we arrived at the store 20 minutes later the part was not available and he threw away the reference note we gave him with the part number. We were treated in a grotesque manner by your employee who refused to give us his name.
We requested the manager to ask for the employee name after a heated discussion we got his name “ Jeffrey Olivio”. You should train your employee on how o treat customers to avoid loosing them like you just lost me.
