On August 3rd 2017 AutoZone Inwood Wva store#6416 sold me the wrong spark plugs which ruined my cylinder heads and cracked my #5 piston. After speaking with several AutoZone employees,manager,district manager, Corporate office in Memphis Tennessee several times I called the district manager Craig Lambert again after several times an He tells me on 9/7/2017 which is 34 days later that they are not going to cover my damages due to the reason they did not install the spark plugs.
When did AutoZone start installing spark plugs when they can not even sell the correct parts for the vehicle.
Poor service and management. Sending car to Ford Dealership then AutoZone can pay that bill instead of just replacing my parts like I asked
