Ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock. I then verified that the item was available via the on-line chat. About 7 days later, After hearing absolutely nothing from autozone for about a week I contacted them, again via the on-line chat. They told me that the item was being processed.

About 10 days after the order I received a cancelled email that the item was not in stock and could not be ordered. The botched transaction put my project behind as I had to find the item elsewhere and get it shipped.

Terrible customer service and communication..
