You should have received a form W-2 from AutoZone for 2018 and if you did work for them in 2019 will receive one by the end of January, instant. This will show you worked for them in both years, with the wages, etc.

all showing on the form. This would be proof of your employment for both years or parts thereof.

Purchased a auto battery 7-18-2018. On 12-15-19, took battery back to Autozone because it was no longer good. They refused to replace or prorate for another battery. Paid $108.59 & had proof of purchase, but they said their computer only goes back a year, and they have no way of looking it up and can not do anything about it. Never had this problem at any other auto service company. Do not use Autozone!

I work here at store 6386 Powell Tennessee an I’ve worked here for 6 months only make 9$ an hour an can’t even pay my bills because I get so less of hours an I’ve begged for more hours an asked to move up in the company but they told me since I’m 18 I can’t even become full time do they expect their workers to have a second job or something because I’ve went into debt working with this company I highly wouldn’t recommend to anyone that actually wants a job with 40 hours a week you won’t get it unless a manger

I ordered a part. it was the wrong one. then they put the refund the back of my card. that I'm not able to access for 7 to 10 days. and because of that I cannot order another part from somewhere else because you don't have it. this is costing me a lot of time and money I'm very frustrated. I've used you guys for 20 years I buy and sell cars all the time. I asked the manager if they would be able to give me a gift card or something. for all the hassle and time that I spent. and they were very dismissive. and just acted like it was no big deal. this is what I do for a living buying and selling cars I buy parts constant. I've never had an issue like this it's very infuriating.

Going to store 1988 Lacrosse, WI is a waste of time! Ordered a part they said would be there the next day. I even paid for the part and the core charge in advance. Normally I go to Oreilly's but they would take two days and I needed to get the brake caliper asap. Waited all day, called them twice and went to the store twice. No part!! They blamed FedEx, but if they couldn't guarantee the delivery they should have told me so to begin with. When I order a part from Oreilly's they check availability and give me an approximate time.

You don't have to be a mechanic or trades person to figure out a screw. Perhaps you need instructed how to use a spoon or a straw, I don't think any store would miss your helplessness. You spent 3x more at big O, that is good they saw you coming.
