I purchased some products which my mechanic decided I didn't need. Returned them, unopened and intact, to the store and have the return receipt.
After a month the funds were never returned to my account. I provided customer service with everything they requested, transaction number, date, store and register number. Then they say I have to organize a conference call with them and my bank. They can not tell if their transaction was completed.
The store assistant tells me they underwent an upgrade having nothing but trouble with credit cards and transactions.
Do NOT deal with AutoZone. They have problems they can't fix and customers are getting robbed.
