I bought a part giving to me by a dark blonde parts manager named Barb,I drove 25 miles to get the part in Antioch. When I return the part wasn't correct calling back.
I was informed by her that it was not her fault. That she just started her shift and was busy and grabbed the wrong box by mistake and I need to come back for the right part. I was a bit mad, upon retuning to the store she informed that did not have the right part in stock and it was a special order. I wasted my whole day and never got my car fixed.
auto-zone has to hire smarter people if they want to stay in business.
I will never use auto-zone again thanks to one Barbara(parts manager lol ) of Anotioh,ca. Oreilys here I come I spend a lot of money on parts.
