I have sat on hold waiting for customer service payroll to answer for 1 hr and 22 mins, waiting to speak to someone, I am a former employee I worked for Autozone from 8/14/2018 -7/2019, and when another company ran my background report I'm not listed as an AutoZone employee, and I want my paycheck stubs, AutoZone does everything paperless and if you want a check stub or anything you have to do it yourself, but now I can't even get in to do my self and no one answers their 1-800 helpus1 number to be able to speak to anyone

You should have received a form W-2 from AutoZone for 2018 and if you did work for them in 2019 will receive one by the end of January, instant. This will show you worked for them in both years, with the wages, etc.

all showing on the form. This would be proof of your employment for both years or parts thereof.

I did mine paperless when I filed my taxes last year they do not send thru mail, I'm actually sitting again on hold with payroll Dept at 15 mins already again and bo answer, have been doing this since 12:15 central time it's now 1:53 and still no answer

If you go to AutoZoners.com you can sign in as a former employee if you still know your employee ID number and access your paystubs and w2 once available.
