Twice now I have brought back a bad battery within the "FREE REPLACEMENT PERIOD" only to get the song & dance that they don't have or don't sell that model any more. The replacement now costs considerably more, & I should pay the difference. This is a dishonest business practice. They should give the free replacement with equal or better value during free replacement period.

They also may give you a song & dance on wanting to try to charge your battery, which could take a long time. They also may answer the phone in the middle of a transaction with you & blab with a person who is not in the store not spending any money. The phone caller has precedence over the customer in the store.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
