Order a part and receive a 25.00 gift certificate and in the mist of everything I changed my email address before the gift certificate arrive. I called them to see if they could resend to my new email address I only received nastiness from a supervisor!

He told me he was the last stop I could not talk to anyone else! He was NASTY! I later call back and got another supervisor I told him I was going on Facebook and where ever I could tell my story, he that was fine! I ask him if Autozone would rather for me to go and bad mouth autozone than try to solve my problem he said yes!

This is the first business that encourage you to go and bad mouth them!

This tell you Autozone do not care about any of us patronizing them! My next step is the tv calling stations to see who will share my story!
