Getting bad service for one of your stores

The customer service lady that helped me was amazing but never heard from district manager like I was supposed to so my overall experience is a zero apparently the company does not care about customers anymore just their bottom line

The manager was condescending and unhelpful. I purchased a battery and before I got to my vehicle it leaked fluid down my leg .

He then made a comment about that's what I get for buying a cheap battery. It was the one he recommend.

I should sue for chemical burns. He was a over the top *** .

Return my funds

Did a return with receipt and still haven't received my money. My contact number is 615-949-**** the account number that I used when purchasing Is 615-231--**** Curtis.

Worse return policy and will not be a costumer any longer. Sad didn't realize autozone needed money that bad.

I bought a battery worth more than $200 that went bad after a few months. I paid at the self-checkout, so there is no record of my AutoZone purchases.

They agreed that the battery was purchased from their store but would not honor their 'no questions asked guarantee'. Also, the only place you can purchase a DURALAST battery is from AutoZone. They owe me a battery. I had three witnesses at the time of purchase.

We even asked an associate to check it before we left to make sure it was fully charged! So, because I didn't enter my phone number at checkout, they won't honor my 'guarantee'. Their system is majorly flawed! I can't get anyone from corporate on the telephone.

They even scanned the battery and their system says it was sold from their store!

The amount of money I spend in that store is in the thousands and they were just rude, basically calling me a liar! I have three witnesses!
