I called to complaint of service at an outozone store, where I bought a car battery a few weeks ago and it was defective and ask for for replacement of my money back, they said I can have my money back only a replacement, but they didn't have it available at store, so I ask for my money back and they refuse, but there was an older black guy who had ask for his money back for a battery that was used for a week and he got his money back, I can't help to think that I was descriminated for being Hispanic looking, or how would you explain that he got his money and I didn't,. I'm gonna look into this matter with a lawyer cause I feel offended and treated less then equal.

this isn't true. if the battery is under warranty they will gladly replace it.

if you bring in a battery that they didn't sell you they are not going to give you any money back.

if you buy a part from autozone and install it they are not obligated to refund you anything because they can't resale a used part. if it was defective they will replace it i guarantee you.
