I WENT TO STORE 864 TO GET A REPLACE OF MY BATTERY BECAUSE IS UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE FOR ONE HOUR TO CHARGER WHEN I GO BACK 2 HOURS LATER. THEY TOLD ME THEY CANN'T GIVE MY BATTERY BACK BECAUSE THEY SEND TO RECLYCLE AND THEY DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO LOOK FOR IT.

SO I ASK TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND THEY SAID HE LEFT ALREADY. SO I LEAVE AND WENT TO DIFFERENT STORE WHERE THEY HELP AND TOLD ME SO THE MANAGER FROM THE STORE TOLD ME AND CAN'T BE POSSIBLE HOW THEY TREAT ME.

SO HE CALL THE STORE AND THEY STILL HAVE MY BATTERY I THINK THEY TRY TO STEAL FROM ME . THEY SHOULD GET FIRED AND GET MORE TRAINING IN THE STORE.
