I went into the auto zone in south Sacramento fruitridge/Stockton blvd and asked for some transmission fluid for my 1992 ford explorer. The gentleman looked it up on screen and grabbed the product...followed me out of the store where my truck was and proceeded putting it in my truck he told me to turn my steering wheel and I quickly stopped him and said I didn't need power steering fluid I need transmission fluid.

He said OK went in the store re rang up some transmission fluid gave me some change back. Went out put it in truck I didn't watch him I am disabled so I sat in my truck during and after he was trying to get my daughters attention however we pulled off and about 3 miles away from the store my engine started knocking real hard and the tempature gauge went HOT and I saw smoke I immediately pulled over and turned off the engine. Long story short the worker put the transmission fluid in my oil Who does that?

They did and won't compensate me for anything! Its been 7 days and I have missed important drs appts and other appts I have been totally inconvenienced and no one thinks they r responsible??

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
