Well no one has bothered to contact me. So I hope everyone had a good holiday.
Unfortunately the money owed to me by auto zone was going to help with the cost of food for our thanksgiving.
I do have many things to be thankful for, but I wish I would have never walked into that store.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had
My jeep stopped running in the middle of the street, so
I had it towed home. My son looked at it and removed the starter and in the process broke the bolts off. I went to Auto Zone and purchased a starter, giving them my old starter. I asked the manager Grant if I could bring the starter back because we were not sure why it would not start. My budget is extremely tight and I knew that I could not afford to be out 145 . He said yes
In the mean time I had a mechanic friend check the engine and he says it was frozen and the only solution would be to put another engine in. The jeep is too old and 8 cylinder engines to expensive to rebuild. I had been without transportation since that day the jeep stopped running.
I went today to return the starter and he (grant) refused
I reminded him that I had asked him personally if I could return it and he basically called me a lier.
Needless to say I am distraught about loosing that much money and my starter core as well.
