This man Bahaa M.He was so disrespectful to me because I didn’t that he needed to know if I needed to pay or not and he is very rude and disrespectful and he shouldn’t be in a supervisor position. He is not setting a good example for the works it makes me not want to buy anything from that store no more.

Everytime I come to this AutoZone at 1812 I'm always treated with a racist attitude from these Hispanic managers,Regina and Francisco and there are no African Americans working in the store!

every time I come to this store. every time I come to this store Francisco and Regina have attitudes. every time I come here and I have an idea of what I think might be wrong with my car other than what they think it might be they get upset and then they don't want to help you anymore there's no blacks or African-Americans in the store that can relate to me.

You don't have to be a mechanic or trades person to figure out a screw. Perhaps you need instructed how to use a spoon or a straw, I don't think any store would miss your helplessness. You spent 3x more at big O, that is good they saw you coming.

AutoZone in Warner Robins, Georgia - Bad customer service

The part I ordered was SUPPOSED to be in today. The hub driver was running late so he just skipped out area. This has cost my family quite a bit of money as I rely on the car for my income. Second, I noticed on the receipt that the part is for a 2wd. My vehicle is a 4wd. So when I called the store the store manager said and I quote "well it's not up to us to guess that about your vehicle." He was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to me. And this is why Auto Zone does NOT normally get my business. I want a call back on this and I want this "manager" disciplined.

Special ordered a fuel filter from the the flushing autozone, 2 days later I go to pick it up, the box top is missing, the clips are missing, 1 st words from the manager are, it came in that way and its not my fault. then he procedes to tell me I have 2 options, I can take it as is or get a refund, of course I took the refund, hard to want to buy product from a neighborhood parts store when you get treated like this, PEP boys is in bayside not that far, never treated like that there

AutoZone - Make order the part to be late.! 4 time no part

I make order at the store autozone #5390. 2 time and I wait for part to many day ,,, they don’t care customer I go at the store and ask him he look around and say the part coming 10.am this day, next day I go to the store ask manager she look around inside but she doesn’t see the part.! And she say need re-order and say the part coming tomorrow Sunday at 10am.! Am not sure the part coming on Sunday.!!! To many problems this store when to make order..! Employees autozone don’t care .! 4 time no part.!

I work at AutoZone and management is full of *** I have told them to their faces that they lie to employees to much. In Douglas GA, the manager will not promote from within and made it very clear. He told me I had to many point but when he is informed that the point system for that store is all screwed up and employees got point for no reason he said that he knows but it has nothing to do with him.
