On 5/19/25, after having a negative experience at store number #3497. I called store #1859 and told them i would be there in about 15 minutes and told them what I needed.
When I arrived Justin removed the old battery and installed the new battery in a matter of minutes. The store manager was Cornell and he rang up the battery and took off the prorated amount for that battery that I had just returned.
Although it was an inconvenience for me to have to visit a second location in the same day, both Justin and Cornell at store #1859 took care of me promptly. I left two messages for the District Manager Christian Nunez but haven't heard back from him.
