Employees can't figure out how to utilize rewards points. I bought a rear wiper for my wife's car based off of the part number the employee gave me which was different that what the wiper book said. I was instructed not to trust the book. Then on top of it couldn't use the 20 dollars in points I had. Store is filthy and employees need deodorant.... Such a sewer now.

Autozone - Poor customer service

Grand Ave and Dysart by Lowe's in Surprise, I asked the lady on the counter to check my charging system, my hood would not stay up so she said I can not do it that way, something as simple as holding the hood by me so she could check it turned out to too much to handle for her, so I visited the one on El Mirage, Jerry checked it for me with a smile....what a difference
