A representative crossed wires when installing a new battery. 2 bad batteries were received in 1 week.

Initially, crossing wires caused the alternator main fuse to blow. The failure cost $419 for a tow and damages. In addition, the radio is blown too, and the cost for that has yet to be determined.

$0 reimbursement thus far!!!

Do NOT purchase batteries from Autozone. They even refused to provide a refund for the battery after 2 would not hold a charge. The entire ordeal needs to be submitted for a review that will take 6 to 8 weeks.

Monetary Loss: $700.
