AutoZone in Hutchinson, Kansas - I received the wrong part and then when I went to get a refund they put it back on my card which the money hasn't been received on my card and I cannot buy a new part from somewhere elns and Complaint

I ordered a part. it was the wrong one. then they put the refund the back of my card. that I'm not able to access for 7 to 10 days. and because of that I cannot order another part from somewhere else because you don't have it. this is costing me a lot of time and money I'm very frustrated. I've used you guys for 20 years I buy and sell cars all the time. I asked the manager if they would be able to give me a gift card or something. for all the hassle and time that I spent. and they were very dismissive. and just acted like it was no big deal. this is what I do for a living buying and selling cars I buy parts constant. I've never had an issue like this it's very infuriating.

Going to store 1988 Lacrosse, WI is a waste of time! Ordered a part they said would be there the next day. I even paid for the part and the core charge in advance. Normally I go to Oreilly's but they would take two days and I needed to get the brake caliper asap. Waited all day, called them twice and went to the store twice. No part!! They blamed FedEx, but if they couldn't guarantee the delivery they should have told me so to begin with. When I order a part from Oreilly's they check availability and give me an approximate time.

Make sense or it don't count. He should have charged you double.

I Purchased a new duralast distributor for my new 460 engine I built. Ran for 30 seconds , and total insanity followed for an hour. Popping , flames out carb , OMG , the new capacitor was the failure , process of elimination , coil , fuel , ect... Was a horrible experience for me as the builder of a in tested new engine. Bought a new fuel pump , electric , did not work at all. They made me feel like all was my error. Would not give refund , had too exchange for one that worked , or so they claimed. The distributer and fuel pump are in trash now , could not trust . I ordered my parts from jegs , no more issues. Auto zone , you suck !
