AutoZone - Acdelco Oil Filter Review from Everett, Washington
My truck uses delco oil filters due to increase of problems with other oil filters recommened through GMC , so i came to autozone and ask about upgrade for delco with the valvoline full synthetic and the rep said with the yelling caractor you can't do that and no you can't i said can i ask you somthing ? He claims he knows everthing he is not to change hes mind the only one you can get is the one i'm going to give you.
I said ok i will come back later and exchange it fotlr the diffence another day , he said i will let every store who you are. He is treating me as a criminal.not as a costomer, i said so your going to chase me everywhere? He said yes i will call every store. Wow i said no thanks i dont need anything anymore .
i shop every week for years , i repair lots of cars daily . where do i go from here.
