I bought this battery from Gardner Kansas Auto Zone. This is a very unfriendly store and their people are not very well trained.

They have a hard time with the cash register and finding the right codes. I bought a battery for an ATV type machine and it lasted 6 months. Auto Zone didn't care and said it was dead and wouldn't take a charge. And that was it!

Why would a six month old battery die? They had no idea. I said I would never buy another battery from them and she said I don't blame you.

So don't waste your money on a battery or anything else from Auto Zone. They don't care.

Product or Service Mentioned: Duralast Atv Battery.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: At least act like you care!! Say your sorry. Not of well..

Go to O'Reilly's almost next door to them. You will have a better experience. At least I did.


AutoZone is such a joke, upper management treat there employees with no respect


I thought those batteries were only warranted for 3 months.


I did work for Auto Zone. Call the District manger first.

The number is on the front window of every store. If that does not work Call Corporate. That also is on the window. They will follow up.

Try to have the name of the associate that you are not happy with. Red shirt or Grey shirt.
