Racist staff
This is not from the store itself but from the staff that they have working im no going to say were one I made a order based on the help of a worker from the same and there was a problem and it was that the piece was not the correct one so far all good I understand that there are errors, what really upset me was that they commented among themselves that how I wanted them to give me the correct article if I was a stupid Mexica who couldn't understand what I was saying, they told me that they couldn't help me in this store that I go to another one that would return the money, I explained to him that there was a way to not return the payment and he only paid for the difference if another store had the product and he said no, I can no longer attend to you, come back when you take English classes
Approved refund of 194.19 never received after 20 days

Warranty
$200.00 battery used 15 months, battery failed AutoZone tested starter alternator and battery and said everything fine. Needs more detailed diagnostics.
I took the car to the dealership for diagnostics and theirs was a dead cell in the battery. I called the AutoZone store that did the diagnostics originally and they are telling me the dealership just wants to sell a battery.
The car has let us down twice, were elderly and retired and depend on this vehicle. AutoZone really should suck this up, they got $200.00 the first time they will never see another penny from us or anyone else that I can prevent from walking through their door.

Corporate Robbery. I payed $200 USD for the duralast jumper and it broke two weeks later. Now I am told by a Danny from AutoZone at Roosevelt that even if I had my receipt for the item. I don't have

NOT ABLE TO EXCHANGE BATTERY WITH WARRANTY
I bought a battery last year and the battery was declared as a bad battery by the 1st Autozone we visited. They said that another location had the same battery we were trying to exchange so we go over to exchange the battery and they say at that location that they didnt have it in stock!
We actually went to three locations, all said they didnt have that specific battery in stock, didnt offer any options and acted like they didnt want to honor the 3 year warranty. So now I am stuck with this battery that is deemed a bad battery because none of your locations want to honor the warranty for my Duralast battery.
I am never one to complain but 3 locations and not ONE offered an alternative to this battery dilemma I need a resolution immediately. I go to Autozone for all my automotive needs but this- this may be my last visit.

And Brand-new parts mind u not even 3-month-old are defective on my vehicle has a serious problem because if your products that I buy new parts for a reason to fix my cars, and it ran fine had they not selling trash parts if I have to buy a new motor and electrical harnesses because of your parts I'm going to be livid spent countless money with time and my pension of car since I always working on cars I help my family learning how to fix their own cars fixing up cars repeatedly told them that no wonder I called up the store where I bought the part myself picked it up hopefully doesn't have issue and then having some guy be disrespectful to me, I said I'm having an issue with your product its defective and would like to exchange it for another plain simple commercial account they even called up that company up before I did it after they told me to that's to bad I have to go waste on more drama I called up that company to be reasonable and see if Endurance Auto and Body LLC nothing I even looked up the autozone.pissedconsumer.com and called corporation customer support of Philadelphia phone number 800-288-**** no one return my phone called apparently I should have written it in crayons or give them coloring books to fully have someone actually truly understand all people have to do is call my phone very simple to answer or return the phone calls to resolve this problem wasted countless times trying to call that business and what a complete wasted of my time and money for a simple solution that no one has the confidence or commonsense to call me back after I was trying to be completely honest and trying to be respectful to them and the real kicker is I used to work for that so-called company no wonder I didn't like that place bunch of people that pretend that they can't even properly respect their employees former or existing can't fix their own problems and that so-called boss/owner can't even call me and a reach out and everything I helped them solve and properly told them what a car needed I should have not even bothered only reason I did was because I was knowledgeable about want I have known since I tried to be that guy did that for them to teach them more about cars and better the business all that time I still get treated like I'm the problem well looks like amazing business owner or worker skills when u could have just done your jobs keep staying fake like bunch of people working on joining the Special Olympics I don't know that they have given that away to people well then apparently u just need to pretend like u know what they are doing 100 percent not satisfied with so-called products that your company, and we all stand behind all your products we support the warranties on the products anyone can be buying and installing on their car a what a complete joke and waste of my time and two a half more years wasted on lose causes that I can't get back nice hope it cannot get worse than people being incompetent with life

Manager will not pay me the money AutoZone owes me for 34 1/2 hours I worked. I realized my disability caused me to realize that a job delivering parts was not good for me.
I took a job at AutoZone, on South Cambell Ave, in Springfield, MO, as a driver, and I determined on my first day driving that the diabetic neuropathy I suffer from in my feet excluded from safely operating the delivery van. On 5 separate occasions, on my first day, I could not feel whether my foot was on the accelerator or the brake.
I was able to avoid accidents from those 5 potentially dangerous situations, but it was obvious to me that I should not drive for a living. Casey tried to convince me to drive the van, even after I told him about the problem I had feeling the petals correctly. I told him that I did not feel safe driving the van and that I would not endanger other drivers, nor place AutoZone in a position of being liable for damages if I got in an accident, because AutoZone was aware of my disabilities. The manager, Casey, has refused to pay me the money I am owed for the 34 hours I worked, and has also said he is not willing to even look for my check even though I have spoken to him 4 times about it.
Casey, Sean, and another manager whose name I don't know, were all aware that I was having trouble with my passwords, and all of them said don't worry about it, it will be addressed in due time. Casey, who hired me, has promised to get my pay for me, but he has not done anything, and told me that I am not his priority, and he'd look into it when it was convenient for him. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks, and it is obvious that Casey is taking punitive action against me because he has done absolutely nothing to help find my check. Casey also knew about my disabilities, including the diabetes, and seems to feel I was scamming the company somehow.
I asked to be moved to a different job that didn't involve driving, and he refused that request. I need the cooperation of a person whose attitude is professional, instead of the lies and excuses the manager here is using. I want a fast resolution to this situation, but this unprofessional manager told me that due to the high number of people who quit, he couldn't spare the time to find my money. I'm sorry that Casey can't keep employees, but that is not my problem and Casey should understand that, and help find my check.
Is this how AutoZone wants to be seen by the public?
