I bought a starter that was busted from yous at one location , then returned it to another location & they didnt have the one I needed in stock so they told me what store had it , I then went to the other store abs they gave me the receipt to show proof of return , the other store refused to honor the core charge that I already returned so I paid a $45 core charge twice basically because I returned the original starter when I bought the busted starter . My truck is broken down 2 hours from home so I cant drive back to the ordinal location, if yous are the same company why cant you honor the transaction???
This is *** that I have to eat that core charge for $45. It was purchased 10/25 and this just happened .

Autozone technician damaged my car
Last July an Autozone technician installed a AC motor in my bmw 535 and and in doing so shorted out my ECU/DDE computer. I was told to drop off my car and the installation would be completed that day.
When I went back to pick up my car I found that the car could not be started or moved. Over two thousand dollars damage was done to my vehicle not counting nearly going two months without my primary means of transportation. I want to be paid for the damage to my vehicle and loss of my vehicle for two months. Autozone located 8085 Vaughn rd,Montgomery al.

Double charge on my card
When I went into the store I was making a split payment on two different cards for a starter . I initially made the first payment of $110 on my first card and then the computer in the store froze and shut down resulting in no receipt but still $110 came out of my account .
Then the guy told me that the money would be returned to that card in 3 to 5 business days . After that first conversation he switched us onto a different computer and had us pay in full for the part . Its been almost 10 business days and I have yet seen the money returned into my account .
I have tried calling the store and customer support on multiple occasions that have resulted in them hanging up on me every time I tried to call . I am still out $110 from my account .

September 9th or this year I go owatonna AutoZone store and I asking somebody to do test battery and when I was outside with this guy the name Corey when he was doing the test right as soon as he started the test the door on my car got locked up and I can't even get in that never happened to me before when I asked him this guy hey what you what do you do with the computer on my car he's still attaching his computer to the battery on my car he simply says to me oh it's not my computer it's your car you deal with a problem because as your car there's nothing that I can do about it because as your car wait a minute only I know this before these guys start doing the test on my car my car was perfectly fine but he is the sooner that he started doing the test on my car my car got locked up and I can get it and I can open it up I was a struggling there to open my car like a 40 minutes in my car is still running and that time my key fob is still in my pocket but I for some reason my car don't let me in there's only this guy started doing the test he must be resetted or he must be doing something with my car and my car react like that the door lock up the guy refuse to help with me he only was a staring me from inside of the building all this time I was struggling to open around my car and the guy refused to helping me after hour until 1 hour and 10 minutes I had to call the lockrSmith to finally have an open my car after 1 hour and 10 minutes long minute finally the guy open the car for me as soon as they open the car for me and I get in with my key fob inside of my car my car get back to normal had to pay 50 bucks out of my pocket because somebody else from AutoZone screw around my car and now I have to pay the price this place are disgrace they don't treat customer with respect and they don't stand behind his service to take care of customer especially when they do mistake they wash it up his hands this place is bad I called the district manager for this tell him what happened and what I get from him his guy with the computer Cody hi do good job just fine is your car the one with the problem I called the manager store to explain what happened if the company wish to pay you back my 50 bucks exept them the company if you don't I have to suck it up really I call it 1-800 customer service and I file complain against the store and get this worker Corey and against the district manager only I know his name is Matthew and we move on from there until this moment they refuse to pay me give me back my money in the end they give me some kind of coupons to get back to the store to buy some stuff when I told him I don't want to come back to the store anymore I don't want to chop anymore and I also I'm done with AutoZone so that's what happened to me they treat me after that I've been costumer almost 6 years I tel the customer to stay away from this place because they don't take care of the customer they only care about the company when they do mistake they don't correcting the mistake they only wash it up his hands I tell him the customer to stay away from this place from now on I go Napa or O'Reilly or someplace else and I telling the people stayed away from this place because they don't take care of the customers

I was a hub driver at 4880 airway rd store #0754. I was having problems when delivering parts to store#0732.
I was being made to carry car batteries and cases of oil and heavy totes without access to a cart. I complained to my manager Mary in the hub for at least 2 months. She never did anything about it and even made remarks that I needed to get laid which I found insulting. Ian the general manager of store #0754 asked me to do a code of conduct thing on computer.
Thats when I told him Im thinking about putting in my 2 weeks. I explained to him why and he said nobody said anything to him and let him try to fix it. He asked the next day if anything changed and I said no still no cart. When i delivered to that store the district manager was there he said how are u?
I said good but would be better if you had a cart for me. I was fired in the middle of my shift the next day by Ian. He came up to me and said he was accepting my 2 weeks today and told me to leave. I never put my 2 weeks in and even if I did thats wrong and very messed up.
He said since I wasn't happy I should just leave. He also tried to say somebody said I was cussing on sales floor and thats not true.
Im only on the floor long enough to push cart out the door and to my van and never talk to anybody. He also said I got into it with district manager and once again all I said was I would be better if they had a cart for me to use, it is company policy to have a cart for me.
A customer complaint about the service
Today Friday 9:of September of this year 2022 I go to the AutoZone right here in owatonna around 4:45 p.m. and I asking one of the people over there to do a battery test for my car a guy with the name Cody he do the test on my car and when he done with the test with my car my car got locked up the the door of my car is still ruining and I can't get in because the car my car was locked is what no way in when I asking Cody hey what you do with the computer with my car because you are the only one doing working with my car with a computer now my car is lock I like to get in man what's going on and he said no it's not my fault it's going to be your my car whas and running for 35 minutes and I try to get in and I was frustrated that was really upset about the situation because I know that wasn't me that was the other guy with the computer he do something wrong with the computer on my car and then after almost 40 minutes I had to call the locker smith from this company have open the car for me that service cost me 50 bucks out of my pocket because one of the guy from AutoZone the one that do the test on my car he don't take any responsibilities and I know that wasn't him because he was the last person to miss around with my car he must be do something with the computer or with the terminals of the computer they got my car look up I watch frustrated I was really upset I asked you the guy to check it out the battery on my keyfog for maybe my battery whas low and basically what I get from him he refused to do it when did that happen I decided to go across the street and go O'Reilly check which they did it I coming back on the street to AutoZone in the parking lot once again try to open it on my car and it's not working it's not doing anything don't let me in and then I ended up calling the locksmith to finally they open my car for me but it cost me 50 bucks out of my pocket that's not right I mean I don't deserve to be treated like that somebody from AutoZone right here nowatona the guy the one doing my test for my battery he must be do something wrong after done with the test I got stuck with my car looking for 35 minutes that I can get in I mean I don't appreciate to be treated like that I've been customer for long with the AutoZone and now I *** with them because they serve it that I get from them they made a mistake they don't recognize it and they basically wash it up their hands that was something wrong with your car we don't have nothing to do with them my car was perfect before that I go over there to perform the battery test and I got lock up because this guy do something wrong with the computer on my car that is not the right way to treat customers for that reason I call 1-800 number to the customer service of AutoZone in a filed complaint against AutoZone for his service or mistake that they do with my car the name of the guy they do the test is Cody there's all I know his name is Corey about this situation who is going to pay you know my 50 bucks that I spent with the locksmith to get my car open today I'm upset about it waiting for an answer for somebody to come forward and do something about it
