i hate it when the a/c uses up all of the radiator fluid. (most sane and normal folks would just call it antifreeze, but hey, you do you) maybe next time, you can just ask your husband to handle things like this for you, and then you won't have to make up a boring story, when you forget where you parked the car at.

You don't have to be a mechanic or trades person to figure out a screw. Perhaps you need instructed how to use a spoon or a straw, I don't think any store would miss your helplessness. You spent 3x more at big O, that is good they saw you coming.

Store in hueytown Alabama is charging sales tax on motor oil. There is no sales tax on motor oil in Alabama.

The first employee wasn’t sure how to put on the wiper blade and left the metal piece up after going back to the store and having to buy the wrong blade when we can outside my windshield was crack. Because the arm float down and crack the windshield. Now they don’t want to be responsible., the first employee got really mad and said that I was lying and that they had plenty of cámaras to prove I was lying. Then the district manager told me that there’s no cámaras outside to show anything. So who’s lying now? Is it because they know there’s the evidence and they don’t want to provide the proof that she really crack my windshield

The part I ordered was SUPPOSED to be in today. The hub driver was running late so he just skipped out area. This has cost my family quite a bit of money as I rely on the car for my income. Second, I noticed on the receipt that the part is for a 2wd. My vehicle is a 4wd. So when I called the store the store manager said and I quote "well it's not up to us to guess that about your vehicle." He was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to me. And this is why Auto Zone does NOT normally get my business. I want a call back on this and I want this "manager" disciplined.

I bought a new Auto Zone Battery January of 2019. Battery lasted 6 mos . Battery went bad I took it back to store where I bought it . 90 day warranty ok. So I bought a new battery full price . The new battery lasted 1 month . I decided not to even try to deal with Auto Zone for another battery . I ate the cost approximately 80-90 dollars . I bought a new battery somewhere else 138.00 . I got stranded twice . It was an expensive lesson . Funny thing is battery will test good but not take a charge both batteries tested low after charging . I just tested my charging system all looks good . I will do some additional tests just in case . I have no problem with people who work for Auto Zone always helpful. I would blame this on upper management purchasing low quality stock in order to increase profit .

I purchased a battery at the Evergreen Park #4439 store on 8/23/19. The rude inconsiderate female worker tried her best not to assist me. I asked for the battery, she asked the male employee to switch and she took care of the customer he was helping. Then she said they couldn't change the battery, and I couldn't change it on their lot. I thought the advertisement was, they will change it. I am a woman, and I have never changed a battery. This was the worst store I have ever been in. For her to be a woman, she should have been trying to help.
